Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
What You Need to Know
At MightyMac Fashion, we are committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
Ready-to-Wear Items
Eligible ready-to-wear items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

Have all original tags attached

Be returned in their original condition and packaging

Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchange only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom, Bespoke & Made-to-Order Garments
​All custom, bespoke, and made-to-order garments are final sale.
Because these items are created specifically for each client, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once production has begun. Any deposit or payment made toward a custom order is non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, sizing information, and design specifications before production begins.

Alterations & Tailoring Services
All alteration, tailoring, resizing, reconstruction, and garment care services are non-refundable.
If there is a workmanship issue, clients must notify us within 7 days of receiving the garment. We will review the concern and make reasonable adjustments when necessary.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Upon review, MightyMac Fashion may offer a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.

Product Appearance
We strive to display garment colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, fabric texture, or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen settings and are not considered defects.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. MightyMac Fashion is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved due to a verified error on our part, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.
